Our referring attorneys know that we achieve consistent results, and that we can be trusted to maintain the highest levels of integrity at every stage of representation.

We share fees with the referring lawyer in accordance with the Nebraska Rules of Professional Conduct (§3-501.5). The division, which is agreed to by the client, is in proportion to the services performed by each lawyer. Some attorneys who refer cases to us desire to be involved in the day-to-day handling of the case. Others choose to handle only a few critical points in the process, and we are certainly open to that arrangement as well.
